Our agency has been servicing the real estate needs of the Great Lakes area for well over 30 years. Established in 1975, the firm joined the ‘Professionals’ Real Estate group in March 1986. Currently owned and operated by partners Richard and Karen Crowther and Darrell & Genene Roche, the business has grown consistently and now has 16 staff with a combined total of over 100 years service in real estate. We are enthusiastic, energetic, dynamic and frequently commented as the most ‘welcoming’ office in Forster. In addition, we are one of the largest property management agencies in the Forster/Tuncurry area, managing approximately 400 properties.

Recently we were the proud recipients of the “Office of the year 2009/2010″ award at the international awards conference for the Professionals group. This came as a pleasant surprise, however we believe, a well deserved acknowledgment. This award can be put down to our hard working committed team who are very supportive of each other. This is a mulch-faceted award which takes into account many areas including; sales performance, marketing performance and most importantly customer satisfaction. This award is proudly displayed front and centre in our office foyer.

We are actively involved in the community

We are constantly active in our local community and support several local sporting clubs. Professionals real estate group is proud to be diamond partners of the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF). We have successfully organised numerous local events including NBCF Gala dinner which was a great success raising $12,000 for breast cancer and breast cancer research. We are sponsors of numerous junior sporting teams and  We have been a longstanding major sponsor of Forster Surf Life Saving Club’s “October Long weekend of Surf” . We also enjoy participating and sponsoring local events such as the  Forster Running Festival and enjoy supporting the local community year in year out.

We are proud to say that our office was awarded the Professionals Group- Social Media Award for 2011. This award highlights our commitment to social media in creating the popular “I Love Forster Tuncurry” community blog and facebook pages which have a significant following in the Forster Tuncurry area. We have also embraced new technologies such as QR scan codes, the implementation of i Pad’s in daily processes and video profiles and virtual tours for properties uploaded to Youtube. We firmly believe that we are leading the way in social media and technology and believe that it is an important area which we will continue to embrace.
