About Marie
Marie' (Pronounced "Mar - Ree" was born in Lismore (northern NSW) and at a young age she re-located and spent some time in Evans Head, Taree (where her grandparents and extended family lived) and then onto Sydney. On leaving school she trained as a mothercraft nurse and then spread her wings and travelled to New Zealand on a working holiday. On her return she was happy to work in child care but after some years she decided on a career change. Venturing into customer service and administration within the freight industry,Marie' was given the opportunity to take up a position in Mackay, North Queensland. After 3 years she decided to return to Sydney to work for her brother in the rag trade but soon realised city life was not for me. She decided on a sea change and ended up in Forster, where it is beautiful one day and perfect the next. Friends she had met in Mackay offered her a first position in the real estate industry, working in holiday administration and property management. During this time she met her husband, a local builder. Marie' continued her career in this field for 10 years, in Forster and Pacific Palms. After taking leave to have her son, Jack, she did not return to full time work but have kept the blood running through my veins with casual employment, still within the real estate industry. In March of 2010, she was very happy to join the Professionals as relief staff, working along side the property management team. Since then she has also had the opportunity to work in sales administration and on the front desk . Client care is foremost for Marie', whether you are a vendor, purchaser, landlord or tenant, everybody is important and it’s great to be part of this team!
